Chinese New Year Festivities Kick Off Under Shadow Of Coronavirus
For the second time, Chinese New Year will be celebrated under the shadow of the coronavirus. That means no official fireworks, no temple fairs, and no non-essential travel. Some provinces are even paying people to stay home. NBC News’ Janis Mackey Frayer reports from Beijing.
